We love a steamy London fog latte around here, but a creamy iced version with lavender simple syrup? YES please!

two glasses of latte

A London fog is essentially an Earl Grey tea with steamed milk, sweetened with honey or vanilla syrup. I am not the biggest fan of plain hot tea, but this iced version of the London fog drink is absolutely amazing! I make my own homemade lavender syrup which I will include the recipe for too, but you can also just brew dried culinary lavender with the earl grey tea bags and get the lavender flavor that way. Either way, you will love the subtle floral flavor that lavender brings to this iced London fog tea latte.
