  • 1 Earl Grey tea bag or 1 teaspoon loose leaf tea
  • ½ cup of hot water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup of whole milk or any milk substitute
  • 1-2 tablespoons of lavender syrup adjust to taste
  • Ice cubes

Homemade Lavender Syrup Ingredients:

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon culinary lavender

How to make lavender syrup:

  • In a small saucepan, combine honey, dried lavender, and 1 cup of water.
  • Simmer over medium low heat until the honey dissolves.
  • Let the syrup sit for 20-40 minutes to infuse the lavender flavor.
  • Using a fine mesh strainer, Strain out the lavender flowers and store syrup in a small glass jar in the fridge.

Instructions for Iced Lavender London Fog Latte:

  • Start by brewing the Earl Grey tea bag in hot water for about 3-5 minutes, or until it reaches your desired strength.
  • Stir the honey into the steeped tea. Remove the tea bag and let the tea cool slightly.
  • In a separate container, you can froth the milk with the lavender syrup using a milk frother or a blender if you want a foamier texture.
  • Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the brewed tea over the ice, add vanilla, then add the lavender-infused milk mixture. Stir gently to combine.
