Equipment

  • espresso machine
  • glass cups

Ingredients
  

  • 2 espresso shots see note
  • ¼ cup milk (I use whole milk but use your preferred milk)
  • 2 tbls heavy cream
  • 2 tbls maple syrup
  • ice

Instructions
 

  • Brew your espresso shots.
  • Mix your maple syrup into the hot espressos.
  • Pour espressos/maple syrup over ice.
  • Top with milk and cream, mix and be blessed.

Notes

I put the ounces of coffee you need in the ingredients list because not everyone has fancy equipment at home, like an espresso machine. I can't pretend it yields the same deliciousness but it works. An espresso machine puts out the richest smoothest cup of java, once you have one you could never go back. I have a Saeco professional version but it's not available anymore. A couple people in my family have this one, it's wonderful. I get to enjoy a cup of coffee from it pretty often.
