Equipment

  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Parchment paper
  • 1 Microwave safe bowl

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup unflavored protein powder
  • ½ up rolled oats
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil or butter
  • ¼ cup of honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup M&M's

Chocolate Topping:

  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine protein powder, oats, coconut oil, honey, and peanut butter. Stir until well blended.
  • Press mixture onto a piece of parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon coconut oil. Stir until smooth.
  • Pour melted chocolate over the pressed mixture and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle M&M’s on top.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour or until firm. Slice or break and enjoy.

Notes

  • Serve as a snack, post-workout treat, or dessert.
  • Pair with a glass of milk, yogurt, or a smoothie for extra protein.
