In a mixing bowl, combine protein powder, oats, coconut oil, honey, and peanut butter. Stir until well blended.
Press mixture onto a piece of parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon coconut oil. Stir until smooth.
Pour melted chocolate over the pressed mixture and spread evenly.
Sprinkle M&M’s on top.
Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour or until firm. Slice or break and enjoy.
